What is temporary work?

Temporary work is a flexible form of employment that allows you to quickly fill staffing gaps without burdening your own HR department. Employees are formally hired by us, and you benefit from their work – legally, conveniently, and risk-free.
We handle recruitment, contract signing, residence legalization, payroll, and all formalities.

Which industries do we support?

We most often recruit employees for companies in the manufacturing sector (e.g., for packaging, assembly, quality control, or machine operation), logistics and warehousing (including order fulfillment, loading, and forklift operation), as well as the food and e-commerce sectors.

Do we operate nationwide?

Yes, we operate throughout Poland.
Our headquarters is in Wrocław and we have a branch in Kraków, but we recruit across the country thanks to a network of mobile recruiters. We support both large facilities in metropolitan areas and local companies in smaller towns. We also provide accommodation and logistics support, allowing us to efficiently carry out projects in any location.

What do we provide?

Legalization

We handle all formalities - permits, applications, and documentation. We guarantee full legal compliance.

Transport

We organize employee transport if required by the company’s location - including daily commutes and shift transport.

Accommodation

For people from outside the region, we provide accommodation near the workplace. We only use verified locations.

Dedicated Coordinator

Each client is assigned a coordinator who understands the company’s needs and ensures smooth cooperation. For larger projects, the coordinator can be present on-site.

Employee Communication

We are the first point of contact for employees. You don’t need to handle questions, paperwork, or daily coordination.

Payroll & HR Support

We prepare contracts, register employees with ZUS (social security), manage payroll, PIT forms, timesheets, and reports - all handled on our side.

What if an employee doesn’t meet expectations?

We’ll replace them as quickly as possible – without unnecessary formalities or costs on your side.
Just inform the assigned coordinator, and we’ll take immediate action. In most cases, we can provide a replacement within 1–2 business days.
